Psychological Support for Anxiety and Stress

Programs designed to tackle the mechanisms of anxiety and stress, which often manifest through physical and mental symptoms such as insomnia, chronic fatigue, and intrusive thoughts. The intervention focuses on teaching techniques to manage these emotional states, integrating relaxation exercises, cognitive techniques, and self-regulation strategies.

Mental Training / Coaching for Human Performance Optimization

Mental training programs that combine emotional management techniques, ideomotor visualization, and resilience development to optimize performance and handle high-pressure moments. Among these is the S.F.E.R.A. model for analysis and optimization. The program includes specific breathing techniques and pre-event preparation

Pain Management and Psychophysical Well-being

Targeted techniques to address chronic pain and psychosomatic disorders, such as headaches, muscle pain, or gastrointestinal disorders, often exacerbated by tension and emotional stress. The program aims to modulate pain perception through mental strategies, progressive relaxation techniques, and biofeedback techniques, allowing for a reduction in tension response and better control of discomfort.

Interventions for Sexual Dysfunctions and Emotional Blockages, or Issues Related to Gender Identity.

Programs for individuals and couples who want to explore and address sexual difficulties such as decreased desire, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, or sexual performance anxiety. The support includes relaxation techniques, psychoeducation, and cognitive restructuring strategies to improve psychophysical awareness and intimate communication.

This also includes support for those navigating moments of gender identity or sexual orientation exploration. Assistance during the coming out process and managing social and family pressures, with a focus on self-acceptance and the creation of an authentic personal narrative.

Psychological Support for Difficulties Related to an Artistic Career, Rehabilitation Following Injuries or Trauma

The artistic careers of musicians, singers, dancers, or actors can be marked by emotional and psychological challenges linked to high levels of pressure, expectations, competition, as well as logistical difficulties, even within relationships. This program offers support to manage and address the psychological impact, including following injuries or trauma that interfere with their career. The goal is to facilitate the recovery of self-confidence and promote an integrated rehabilitation process, encompassing both physical recovery and the mental resilience needed to once again express one’s talent to its fullest potential.
